Real Estate Appraisal Services

Curd Appraisal Group LLC provides a wide range of appraisal services to the Eastern Kentucky region. Our office is located in Morehead, Kentucky. Currently, the firm has one Certified General Real Property Appraiser and two Associate Real Property Appraisers. Mr. Curd is an approved appraiser by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and a previous employee of the Kentucky Revenue Cabinet and over 20 years of appraisal experience.
